I have nothing but never ending gratitude to the staff at WVSL for the care they gave to both of my parents. Mom needed Assisted Living and Dad needed Memory Care. I visited 17 facilities and found that WVSL had all that we wanted under one roof. Juanita was so lovely and kind and scheduled a tour for us the next day – little did we know if was her day off and she still came in to give us a tour! The community provided relief to my mom who had been my dad’s caregiver and finally needed a well-deserved break. The whole staff really does whatever they can to make sure the residents are doing well, whether it is part of their official job description or not. My mom had misplaced her wedding ring and Juanita and the Christina, the Executive Director, helped search my mom’s room and turned over furniture looking for it!I visited and called often, and was always greeted with pleasant, comforting voices in Debbie, Mercy, Rita and Maria, among others. On Sundays, my usual visiting day, I was always greeted with a smile and kindness by Rita. She became a friend and always asked how my parents were doing.I have to say the angels who took care of my dad, especially Elysia, Doreena and Mila, provided the most amazing care for him. They treated him as one of their family, provided updates to me and were very responsive to my calls, emails and texts. I truly & honestly do not know what I would have done without them. To hand over such a great responsibility to other people – to care for your most beloved ones – was not easy; but if I had to do it all over, I would pick WVSL again and would recommend them to anyone. WVSL provided the peace of mind I needed as a daughter to know that my parents would have kind people looking out for them. I am forever grateful.

I am a current resident living here at Walnut Valley Senior Living. I have been here for 5 months now. Like anyone of us, I would rather live in my own home but I had a fall that caused me my physical ability to be safe alone at home. After my husband visit 20 places he found Walnut Valley to be our ideal home away from home. This places has given us great care and fulfills my needs such has having company, care, safety, security ans new friendships. The staff is caring and understanding. I recommend my home away from home. Come and visit us!

This facility has been in the RH Walnut and Diamond Bar community for over 30 years. During the spring and summer of this year it has been operating under a new ownership. They’ve been noticeably upgrading the facility through out and the staffs are very friendly and helpful which makes my mother’s stay in the past few months very easy to adjust to. Even though there are still some areas could be improved. I expect this will be an ongoing effort in coming years. At this time I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is seeking a convenient, comfortable and caring place for their elderly love

My Dad suffered a stroke in May 2022. He is no longer able to live alone due to paralysis on his left side. After many visits to several other places, Walnut Valley became the obvious number one choice for my dad. A big reason is because of Juanita Solozano! Juanita was extremely welcoming when I first visited this beautiful facility and has been just as welcoming every day since. Juanita did everything she said she would do for my dad and more. Juanita is dedicated, empathetic and responsible, and I love her positive attitude. Even though I live in the Midwest, I had no worries because I know that Juanita and the staff would take great care of my dad.The transition for my dad's move in was incredibly easy because the staff worked so hard and did whatever was needed to get my dad comfortably settled in. The staff at Walnut Valley has been absolutely wonderful to my dad who can be difficult to deal with.Nurse Soven has been friendly, kind, understanding and compassionate. She goes out of her way to help my dad and is patient with all of my questions. She always replies quickly to our needs and requests.Walnut Valley has far exceeded my expectations for a senior living environment. The staff is friendly, caring, hard working and they treat my dad like a member of their own family. Walnut Valley is a great place for your loved ones because it has the most dedicated and committed staff. In addition, the facility was recently updated, and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is better than a high-end hotel! Christina, the executive director, should be very proud of building an outstanding facility. I highly recommend Walnut Valley Senior Living!

I feel the warm, attentive staff are very helpful to both family and residents. This facility is clean and inviting. It has a nice outdoor water feature and putting green. The TV room is relaxing. The library is open and airy. There are a veriety of activities to keep residents entertained. But I feel the staff make it home.

Absolutely loved the outdoor space, especially in the assisted living area, although there was ample secure outdoor space also for memory care. First impressions of staff were very positive, as was their interaction and ability to care for the memory care residents.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in activities from time to time with the other residents. Overall we are happy and would recommend it to anyone.
