Great company very flexible with me lots of clients hours great company all together to work for if there's an issue it's delt with asap and accordingly. They care for there caregivers and it's showed how they run there company times I would be called to orange county San Diego area kinda was great compensation and good incentive .I loved this company I had to leave abruptly because of personal medical and unforseen circumstances an emergency situation I would work for tho company in a heartbeat again

I have worked for this company for a few months, when I went in for the interview Tonya and Antoinette were very professional and made sure I was knowledgeable for the job. My hiring process went fairly fast and I got a client right away, I really like how they place you with someone that will fit for you and the client. The staffing managers are amazing in working with us caregivers to book clients based on our own personal need and schedule as well as the client care managers who go out and scout those special people who just might need a little help. My managers Tannya, Antonette and Eric are always consistent with offering me work and keeping up with my training. Being employed here is the best experience you will have as a Home Care Aide. They offer in service training and good client assessment before you are sent to the work place. I am the Director of Community Relations here at Renaissance Village Assisted Living and Memory Care, in Rancho Belago, CA. Jolyn Acrey has gone above and beyond to assist several families we have referred to her, and to our own residents. Jolyn committed for more than 6 weeks to conduct a Mind Fitness program for our residents and they loved it!!! She brought healthy snacks and provided not only a fun activity, but a very helpful and stimulating experience for them. I have personally been in homes that were using HCA care givers, and the families were very happy with their conscientious services. I have the utmost trust and confidence in Home Care Assistance.

I had the most wonderful experience with Home Care Assistance.This company works with my schedule, that allows me to have time with my family. Working one on one allows you to know better your client and understand there needs. This company has a lot of things that others companys dont.For example, they introduced you to the client before you start working, there are flexible when you need a day or feel sick, always find you replacement,they keep you informed,they have cooking classes,theyll give you training before you start working.Also they make sure you feel comfortable with your client. The most important for me is they always available after hours in case you have a question or consurn. They get involved with there clients always looking for their needs.In conclusion I love to work for Home Care Assistance in Riverside California.

I am very happy with the service we are receiving. Our caregiver goes well above and beyond whats expected of her. She cooks great and staff that comes by and checks on her is pleasant. They are available at the drop of a hat if more care is needed. We like that the caregiver is given good direction and the management keeps good tabs on their employees with their surprise visits to us. We would- will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone we know, theyre top notch.

This company has always been highly professional; from the information we first received from the front desk staff, to the administrators and to our wonderful caregiver, Yvette. The personal touch is certainly there and Yvette is always thinking of things to do with my mother-in-law. The two of them are always busy. I often hear them both laughing and talking like they had been old friends. I would highly recommend this company; but you cant have our Yvette she is taken.

The girls have been efficient and caring. They help me to move about and remind me to take medications. Being at home in the care of these women ensured a constant progress. The care givers are supervised well and that ensures a positive atmosphere. The manager s unannounced visits are welcomed and underlines the proper communication among all of us.

I have been recovering from Pulmonary Embolism. Following hospitalization, I am happy to have the assistance of Home Care Assistance of Riverside so I can stay in my home during healing. My caregiver helps prepare nutritious meals, is always cheerful and assists with bathing, laundry, and chores difficult for me. I thank Home Care and would recommend their care to other seniors, allowing us the comfort of our home!

I love it when my caregiver comes. she keeps busy the entire , always smiling, cooks good food, all my household chores. I feel better when shes here. she stays longer than needed sometimes and never a problem. my family is so happy when she comes too. The best care I have is with Home Care Assistance and I like them.
