Working for home care assistance in napa has been the best caregiving company Ive ever worked at HANDSDOWN, management is great they go above an beyond for their caregivers, they meet all of their clients needs and wants, they offer great pay an hours on top of the love and care given for everyone.If I can choose a number one agency or if one of my relatives needed home care it would be home care assistance in napa.

I am writing this review because I have worked with Melissa Wisdom in Homecare for over 8 years. When she moved to another agency, My heart strings pulled cause I know how she operates, manages and matches her caregivers to her clients. That is why I choose to move to Home Care Assistance and leave the other Home Care agency I was with. She takes the time to counsel, redirect, coach, educate, joke around, befriend and make you feel heard and seen. She is never too busy to take the time to listen. She brings a strong work ethic that is contagious. She has trusted in me to be a team member to train and educate my co-workers on the job. Her instincts are spot on. Her ability to match caregivers strengths and client needs has been the shining light I have personally seen and been a witness to. I love what I do and the clients that Home Care Assistance has provided to me. Thankful for the opportunities.

Home Care Assistance mission is to change the way the world ages. They certainly have done that for my dad. Unlikely he would still be around absent the empathy, compassion and common sense their caregivers and case managers have provided over the past few years. Melissa has done an outstanding job of vetting care providers for my dad which has allowed him to age gracefully with dignity and in comfort. Our family has tried numerous in-home care providers and Home Care Assistance is the only one we could or would ever recommend in good conscience. They have made a huge difference in my dads life. Perhaps thats the best compliment of all.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude to Nick, who listened to my frustrations and helped when nobody else would, and to Cristina, the caregiver who has taken on caring for my mothers condition and has been doing a fantastic job, without her, I could not sleep peacefully at night.My mother is 82, has dementia and lymphedema from a cervical cancer surgery. This is a serious, chronic condition that must be constantly cared for and monitored or it can be life threatening. I cared for her myself for many years after learning from her therapist how to compression wrap and care for this condition. When her dementia got to the point where she needed 24-7 eyes on her, I knew I could not do it and had to place her in a memory care facility. These places do not do anything more than they absolutely have to, so I had to find someone on the outside to help care for her leg. It took me over 6 months to finally find someone to agree to help. It was like finding a needle in a haystack!Cristina came and I showed her how to care for Moms leg and she has been doing a wonderful job! Excellent with her communication, treats my mother with love and care and makes sure she has everything she needs, I cannot say enough about her! This company stepped up when nobody else would help and I could not be more gratefulKeep up the can do and you will always be successful and appreciated!SincerelyL

I felt it was important to take the time to write my experience with the team at Home Care Assistance. From the minute I came in for my interview up to my first assigned case, I was treated with respect and kindness. Melissa and Cristina helped me from the start to get my file completed so I can start work quickly. The process was smooth and very informative. They were very personable and professional. I have worked with a few home care companies in the Napa area and hands down I was impressed with this company and what they had to offer. Within the first few weeks I was assigned a case with the hours I was looking for. On my first shift I was introduced to the client by Kayla from the office and it eased any nerves I had. I would highly recommend this Agency if you are looking at working with a great team in Home Care!

Its amazing how someone being so nice and welcoming over the phone during a recruitment call can change your life. The staffing team made me feel so welcomed and was very open about the company and what they are looking for in a care giver. From the phone interview to the in-person interview, to the follow-up. It was flawless. It showed me so much about how the company operates. Upon accepting my first shift I was walked on to my case and introduced to the client personally by the client care manager. The office then made it a point to actively check in with me to make sure I was comfortable with my schedule and my clients. Very supportive company to work for!! I would recommend to anyone in the Solono and Napa county area to look into this awesome company.

I thought it was important to take the time to rave about this company! It has changed my fathers life! His caregiver Cristina is a godsend!. He continuously talks about how having his helper makes his entire week. The professionalism and support from the entire homecare team is heart warming. Also kudos to the friendly and hard working office staff to keep my fathers needs a priority. I cant wait to continue our services after the holidays!
