Have a client here; very nice Senior Living facility! Friendly staff & welcoming residents. Meals are mostly ok; could be improved a bit for the cost. (Eg: more variety of foods offered; heartier soups; sugar-free & dairy-free options; etc).

To the Truewood by Merrill Facility overall. I have been a very happy resident for four months. I was referred to Truewood by Merrill by my Veterans Service Officer, Juan Dennys. Jay hosted my impromptu tour and I distinctly recall telling him, “THIS PLACE IS MINE….” not 6 steps into the Cottage! I immediately made the decision to take up residence here. Thank you for such a wonderful Staff and for the values and care provided.

Truewood has been an overall outstanding experience. My father has been a resident. I have felt safe and secure my father has been treated with respect and kindness. When visiting the staff is welcoming, friendly, and always aiming to please.

Wonderful place for my Father. Jessica is a blessing and made the process easy and comfortable. Beautiful super well maintained residential home for seniors. Employees are very loving and care about residents. Deserves 5 stars!!!

This place has been such a joy to deal with. I placed an elderly gentleman friend of ours in there in July 2020. Hes very happy there. I love love love the staff and their professionalism. They remember your name and alway have a pleasant greeting for all who enter. If you ever have to deal with a Jessica there you will see what I mean. Shes alway happy and very accommodating above and beyond what Im sure her job requires of her. If I could Id live there. I really really like that place. I saw the food an it looks really good!

This place is super adorable. The staff is nice and the apartments and cottages are so quaint. The grounds are nice with plenty of outdoor area. Lots of people out walking their pets and the residents are extremely friendly

This place is sweet. They have an elevator, offer meals, have a barrage of activities offered for their residents as well as housekeeping. The staff is welcoming and accomodating. Theres a space for utilizing computers and a movie room too.

As a senior citizen Im always looking at places like Stanford Place for when Im not able to live independently. This seems like a place where the staff cares about the residence. I can see myself choosing to live here easily.
