Our first contact with 123 was very professional and well handled. Within one hour, we were able to understand what was being offered and set up a schedule that was needed. Each of the caregivers was professional and understood what was needed. It was great not being tied in to a rigid schedule. We were able to implement the original plan and then tailor it as necessary. Never having experienced this type of situation before, we were a bit concerned about how to proceed and how it would work out. It turned out to be simple, professional and well done!

As an employee, I am glad to be working with staff that communicates, glad to meet and provide care for alot of veterans, teachers, athletes, engineers, and hard working Americans. As a caregiver, I think the older we get the harder life gets, any senior would love companionship, a good cook, and care, and some want their privacy, I completely understand. As a person, I remember every one of my clients and the time we spent having laughs. My coworkers are very nice and I might be a young adult but I feel like a wise man from hearing everyones stories!
