I moved my dad into Sunrise in June 2020, right in the middle of COVID. He has dementia and kept getting out of our house so I needed a secure location for him. Sunrise was amazingly competent during COVID and they have taken very good care of my dad. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring, positive and safe place for your loved one.

The facility is beautiful! It’s like a mini resort! The staff is extremely friendly to us as family members and very caring and attentive to our mom. The management also does a good job of listening to our requests and makes sure that our mom is well taken care of.

Both of my parents are at Sunrise La Palma. It is a very caring place and they treat my parent very well!! When a concern arises, they address it and fix the situation. The contact me if any situation arises with my folks. The staff are very friendly and seem to sincerely care about my parent and all of the residents!! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have their parents.

I think Sunrise of La Palma is a great option for our seniors. I had the pleasure of volunteering to play music for a special event recently and found the staff and residents to be fun and inviting. One of the residents, a musician played along with his drum sticks on the seat of his walker. I thought it was both charming and impressive. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to volunteering there again soon.

Sunrise of La Palma is OUTSTANDING! I don't say this only because I work here. I say this because not only is the community beautiful inside and out, but I love what I do and I love what Sunrise does for me. Sunrise Senior Living as a company is ranked as one of the top places to work, ranked highest in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power and although the best senior living is yet to be invented, Sunrise Senior Living is second to none. Every company has it's good and bad. I have been working for Sunrise for over 4 years and I truly love it! I don't feel like I'm working, even on my hardest days. This is because Sunrise takes such great care of me and with how well they care for me, I am able to care for my team, residents and families. While reading some of these reviews (and there is only few), I notice that we have some negative reviews and not that negative reviews are necessarily bad as we learn and grow from feedback, but take the negative and short reviews with a grain of salt. I invite you to come to our community and tour and meet the team. I can guarantee that if you were to visit our community you will see how great the team is, the community looks and how well cared for the residents are. Sunrise of La Palma provides quality care and delivers excellent service to it's families, residents and team.

My mom is in there memory care unit. The staff is pretty good. New staff members did hurt my mom without an explanation.

Sunrise of La Palma was Beautiful! I was impressed by the community. I wanted to move there! I felt it was better suited for a senior in their 70's not a 90 year old woman like my mother. Care was extra and that equaled CHA-CHING! Sunrise was expensive but gorgeous!
