I have proudly served in creating a healthier community for the past 5 years in fresno County. This facility has exibited excellency in caring for their residents. They have passionate workers especially on the memory care side. Dementia care seems well maintained. I honestly would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the unwelcoming behaviors and personality displayed by the receptionist to myself as well as her colleagues. Being the first face greeter this must be fixed to earn 5 stars. It was a very disturbing feeling I wont forget.

I moved my mom into Orchard Park and she absolutely loved it there. The staff is wonderful, the facility very clean and the food is great. I was there quite frequently and spoke to many of the residents and it was very apparent to me that they loved living there. There were also a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. I would recommend Orchard Park to everyone.

Ive referred a few people here and I have always had positive feedback from the families and actual resident in regards to the care that is provided and the staff that works there. Their prices are very, very competitive for a large AL and memory care. Vanessa is very easy to work with and you can tell she loves her job and her residents. Staff and other residents greet you as you are walking through and its a friendly environment. I think its a wonderful place overall!
