Glad to have found a place for Dad where he will be taken care of and cared for ... a place where he can be safe and comfortable.Pacifica Hillsborough in Chino, is a beautiful building. Looks clean and well cared for. Walking thru feels warm and inviting.We appreciate Tammy, who assisted us in not only giving us a tour of the facility and providing us with all information we needed to decide if this would be Dad's home, but that she was able to help in the timely manner we requested.The staff/caregivers welcomed him and made him feel at home. It's good to know that this facility has a calendar of planned activities for residents every day. Seeing Dad quickly adapt and interacting with other residents is the best.The decision to place Dad in a Memory Care Facility was not easy, but after seeing the quality care and the smiles on caregivers as they interact with residents and the staff overall answering our questions, this had to have been the best choice.

This is an absolutely beautiful community with everything you could ask for in an assisted living. Not only is it beautiful, the staff is so caring and compassionate. Everyone here will make you feel at home whether you choose to live or work here.

This community is a gorgeous building with beautiful and welcoming courtyards. The apartments are modern with high ceilings, kitchenettes and large ada compliant bathrooms. My agency has been providing hospice care for several years at Pacifica Hillsborough! This is a gorgeous community, with so many luxurious amenities.Their Executive Director Jennifer goes above and beyond to ensure all the residents are taken care.Her care staff is very compassionate and treat their residents like family.I would highly recommend Pacifica Hillsborough to anyone who has a loved one looking for an assisted living facility.

When you walk through the door you feel the warmth of a friendly atmosphere, I love the "Opera box" balconies. I had visited the community about a year ago and when the chance came to work here I jumped at it. I am the Business Office Manager and my favorite thing is to spend time talking with the residents. I try hard to let the staff know how much I appreciate what they do. Come by and see for yourself what a special place this is.

Tammy Lundeen; Hi Tammy... Im Reggie Reagor...Leon Reagors son...I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with all of the women that take care of my dad. I've seen them serve his every need. I've seen them work as a team, puting him in his wheelchair, taking him to eat, and laying him in his bed. I have trouble doing some of the things that they do because he's quite heavy to move around. they make it look so easy. My dad is not the friendliest guy to deal with and I've never seen them get upset with him. He gets upset with me and i'm sure he probably gets upset with them. They're always positve and very respectful. So if you can let them know I would greatly appreciate it...Thumbs up to the girls.......Reggie

My parents moved in a few years ago and really liked how nice all the areas are at Pacifica. It is like living in a fancy hotel and going to a restaurant all the time. They made lots of friends and now that my Dad passed away my Mom is surrounded by nice people. The staff really take good care of her and see feels safe living there.

We chose Pacifica because of the great reputation they had. We are very happy that we chose Pacifica. They have been great . My brother is very happy and comfortable there. His wellbeing is being taken care of. His mental, physical and medical needs are a priority there.

Dear: Carl I have had a relationship with Pacifica Senior Living - Hillsborough, Chino, California, since October 26, 2015. This facility has been caring for my mother. I have come to know many of the personnel, from the Director to the maintenance crew. Our interactions have been professional, respectful and courteous. Usually the first person that I now see, during my weekly visits, is Concierge, Angel Melendez. I have been able to observe her interactions with staff and visitors, in a myriad of situations. She initially quickly recognized me, and addressed me by name. She efficiently routes calls, pages the staff, and skillfully responds to visitor inquiries. I have witnessed her ability to remain calm during hectic or emergency situations. Sometimes there is the opportunity to exchange lighthearted banter. This helps foster a comfortable bond with the facility. Angel is a genuine asset to your company. please let the Chino Director know, so that Angel could be recognized for the high quality of service that she provides for your organization. M. Carter

Pacifica Hillsborough gives our family peace of mind that my mom is in a safe and well maintained environment. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and professional. The dining room offers a variety of meal selections. There is a movie theater, beauty salon and several activities throughout the day.

When ever I call the community the receptionist is always present. The caregivers look to always be doing something and the Executive Director and nurse are always available when I have any questions about protocol or care of my mother in law. We definitely got lucky finding this place.

I AM very pleased here at Pacifica Hillsborough Chino!! From The Executive Director Ryan all the way through the chain with Jose in maintenance ... I've had an incredible experience for my loved one. Everyday I'm there to see the happy faces of their residents and especially the care and admiration each resident receives from this caring staff. When you walk in your greeted with a big hello to the time you leave, your leave with a good night, it's very nice to experience a genuine friendship! The dinning room personnel always greet their guests and residents with warmth and care. It is so sunny and friendly that most all the time the residents are welcoming into their own home space to further friendships . This Chino location is so well manicured and kept that it's a pleasure to pull in for a visit . Espi, the activity coordinator herself is a genuine friendly and aware of their needs director. We've utilized the handsome theatre room as well as the beauty salon and pool room area! So, without a doubt I give our experience a 5 star thumbs up review! In appreciation Norma Ramirez

Everything about the facility was excellent we looked at 3 other places before we came to Pacifica and really thought we would have to bring mom back to Washington. All the staff were very gracious and caring. My mother has met so many people there, she loves your facility.

We had my dad in Pacifica up in Chino, CA. The staff was excellent, they saw to my dads needs, took very good care of him, he was in the transitions area. The rooms were always neat and clean, the food was great. Every Time we came to see dad the staff welcomed is with open arms and friendly smiles. Any thing we needed or wanted they were right there.
