I searched and interviewed 6 different assisted living homes, and Pacifica was the clear stand-out. As soon as you walk in there are smiling staff to greet you. It looks like a beautiful, bright home! I was very particular in finding the right place for my Mom, so I talked to many of the staff and toured the facility. The Community Relations Director, Georgianna "Georgi" Mendez was SO personable, informative and candid with me. I could tell that she, along with the rest of the staff really enjoyed working there. That says a lot. More importantly, as we toured, I could see the residents enjoying themselves as well. There were no people sitting lifelessly in a hallway, everyone was engaged in some way or another and looked sincerely content. Pacifica is a gorgeous, well-staffed home for seniors. The outdoor space is exceptional and it all resembles an upscale hotel. The apartment rooms are updated and bright, and I know my Mom will be very happy there! There is a huge sense of relief knowing your loved ones will be well cared for!

Pacifica Senior Living is an amazing community! Throughout the years of working at this great community, I have had the pleasure of knowing our wonderful residents and their families. Our staff goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care for our residents. During this pandemic, we have had our challenges, but, as a team we have managed to overcome it all. Our health and safety is always our top priority. It is by far the most rewarding job I have ever had and I love it! 🙂

This community is located conveniently right off the 71 FWY in the city of Chino Hills. Newly furnished with a cozy yet updated feel to it. The care staff is friendly, hardworking and put themselves into their work. During the pandemic Pacifica Chino Hills was able to accommodate with outside visits in their visiting booth to keep the residents, familes and entire community connected but safe. This location is a bit smaller than other Pacifica locations but for that making it a close knit place to live where everyone knows each other. Also home to some of the sweetest residents Ive ever met.

I worked here as a caregiver for about two months while looking for another job. Pacifica at Chino Hills was always clean and a very organized facility. Management was very professional in making sure all of the residents needs were met.

My mother was lucky enough to become a resident in this beautiful facility! The staff are all so friendly, attentive and professional. They seem caring and genuine. The residents seem engaged and content. The site is elegantly decorated with a spacious lobby and dining room, very clean with a warm, welcoming, cozy feeling. It's tucked into a safe & quiet neighborhood conveniently located off the freeway close to many shops & restaurants for non local visitors. Our family is so relieved to know our mother is happy and receiving the care she so deserves! Thank you Pacifica SL Chino Hills!
