I have resided here since Atria owned this building. Rough going after sale, we were all confused, upset, scared, many left, we Do miss. Amanda North became my go to person for EVERYTHING.!!! Being able to discuss ALL my fear, concerns, misconceptions, etc., has improved my well-being, willingness to be voice for our AL residents, no whining, just good communication and her willingness to take care of all that we saw and see! We got a new ED, Stephanie Brice, excellent! Mini Amanda, RSD Rowena Conceno, Driver Nelson and of course our NTS all over, and don’t let me forget Mem Care Director, BULI! Full caps for a fully here Director, for the residents who need the most care. Come join us! Renovations moving on and we are getting used to more modern and clean, clean lines, beautiful tiling, never seen in my life, 67 yrs old, been a few places! Must not forget our Maintenance Team: Marleme and Maria: EXCELLENT! Marleme promoted to Mgr., kudos, these two hard working working here along with others mentioned above prove that team work makes the dream work, everything is improved and other areas are being improved, takes time, we remain vigilant BUT patient—Rome wasn’t built in a day! So, another year at Thais facility brings m yet into another. Many improvements and this month lots of new residents. I’ve been here 19 months and going to be here a lot more. Nothing is perfect but this is a good situation. Our Executive Director, Stephanie Brice, is working everyday tirelessly to make all better and is dealing with the move ins of 9 new residents this month. Lots going on this month. We had a cookie bake and decorating yesterday we decorated cookies, much fun,. Our Activities Director, Jazline Marian, finds countless ways to occupy our day and he’s appreciated by everybody. My family moved my great aunt here recently and we all love it! All of the staff I’ve met have been exceptionally kind to us as this was a hard choice for us to make. I’d really like to highlight the administrator, Stephanie, since she’s been so accommodating and understanding of our worries and needs. The whole place is very nice with great food. I highly recommend Pacifica if you’re looking to Senior Living!

Atria Burlingame is a neighborhood senior community that is close to downtown. The community is filled with wonderful people of residents and staff. I hope you get a chance to meet their Community Sales Director San Sor who is an exceptional person that will help you throughout the overwhelming process of moving in your love ones. The Executive Director Jeff Sumabat comes with an extensive care background and puts you at ease of your care concerns. The Resident Services Director Risa Tagle is attentive to your concerns regarding the care planning and does an amazing job. Medical Technician Mae is a sweetheart and one of the best examples of who I imagine someone caregiving for my love ones. Their driver Nelson is multi-talented, he drives, he sings, he dances, and plays the saxophone for the residents. Chef Rudy creates delicious culinary meals and Happy Hour for the residents and staff in which you can see his creations on the Atria Burlingame Facebook. The Maintenance Director Travis maintains the historic building as well as participates in Resident Events. The Care Team is exceptional. This is a MUST SEE community. Thank you Atria Burlingame for all that you do!

I visited the Atria Burlingame during the COVID vaccine clinic. They were well-organized and made it easy for everyone to get the vaccine! Glad the community is 100% vaccinated! Atria Burlingame staff members are the most friendly and very accommodating. While taking safety protocols into consideration, their activities with residents are fun and engaging! I would definitely trust to have my loved ones living at Atria Burlingame.

I would give Atria Burlingame 10 stars for the care that they give my wife Maida. She has been living there for years and we have never had a problem with the service. Even my children and grandchildren thank me that she is in a safe and happy place. The memory care department and staff are wonderful and very courteous. Their memory care director Mary Anne always communicates and updates me everytime, the staff is very caring. The food is excellent and always fresh. I want to give a shout-out to the ED Jeff for being kind. He is great at being in charge of the whole community.

One of the best place to work! I am also happy to work with my RSD Risa Tagle and LGD Mary Anne Rodriguez. Jeff Sumabat who is our Executive Director is one of the best ED so far! I have been with Atria 11 years also in different communities before I got here in Burlingame and I have never seen such a very good leadership with Jeff who is an administrator, a nurse, a Clinical Medical Technologist and also earned his Masters degree. I am so happy being in Burlingame! The care I give to the residents as a caregiver and as a med tech. I am also so happy with my co-workers!!!

We are led by a solid team of directors who make it top priority to provide their staff with all the tools, training and support we need to ensure that our residents are well cared for and happy. But even beyond all the necessities is a feeling of home and comfort where we care deeply about our residents, and residents care for each other. This is one of the best place to work since everyone works like a one unit. I always look forward to going to work since the residents and co workers are fun to be with! The directors are all great and takes care of all of us! Jeff Sumabat is the best ED! He oversees the smooth run and operation of the community and he leads with heart. San CSD is the best sales director to work with. Risa is the best Nurse! Mary Anne works to make sure that all residents in the memory care are taken care off. Travis the Maintenance Director does a good job to make sure that all apartments are in tip top shape. Chef Rudy brings in the best food to all residents while Alicia brings in the fun to all engaging activities. While Mary takes care of all the business portion of the community. Together as one, this community is carried by the best frontline staff in this side of the peninsula. Not only will your loved ones thrive but for sure they will taken care of. It has always been my goal to give the best quality care and being part in this prestigious community helps me to achieve that. Thank you my Atria Burlingame family.

I have been going to this community for months already and I appreciate the staff that are compassionate, accomodating and friendly. They always make sure teh residents are well taken care of. Atria Burlingame has been wonderful to my mother who has lived there for the past 2 years on the Alzheimers floor. The staff give their residents on this floor lots of attention and they communicate with the family on a regular basis. My mother loves her room, the caregivers and the food. I especially like the boutique hotel atmosphere. They do everything they can to accommodate everyones special needs and requests. A lot of larger facilities are unable to provide special requests. The staff on the Alzheimers floor have many many years of experience and it shows! Also five stars to the activities director!!!

Atria Burlingame is a wonderful place to be! I enjoy coming in each day and being surrounded by people who truly cares about other people. Residents are happy and well taken cared of. Atria is one of the many places I teach Senior exercise at and this is one of the warmest, cleanest and best of all of the assisted living facilities. I have worked there four years and see nothing but the best treatment for all of the residents. The residents are very happy and their families are very happy as well to have found such an amazing place for their Mother or Father. I cannot say enough good things about Atria Burlingame.

Atria Burlingame is a great community filled with lively residents and a caring staff. Rofida is especially helpful in all departments. She's great with the residents and contributes any knowledge she has about every little thing. She helps out with activities, concierge, and helps serve with the waitstaff as well. Rofida is a great team player and is a huge part of the Atria family.
