Westminster House is a warm and welcoming residence for your loved one. All the staff go above and beyond to be kind, caring, and supportive, not only to the residents, but also to the extended family. My mother thrived, both mentally and physically, during her stay. Sadly, she has passed on, but her memories and experiences at Westminster House were cherished. I am so grateful she was in a loving environment.

3 years ago we had to make the difficult decision of placing our mother in a care home. We toured quite a few in the South Surrey area but when we entered Westminster House we knew we were in the right place. The staff was very welcoming, the home felt warm and cozy but the most positive thing that they offer, is the different tiers of care which meant mom would not have to be moved if and when her condition deteriorated. We are very happy we made Westminster House mom's new home, everything is just as we had anticipated. Great staff, great care, great food and lots of activities. Thank you for all you do

As an Health Care Assistant student from DCC Surrey, I had my last week of preceptorship wonderful training.A dedicated team of staff where even I felt a warm welcome. The residents were a great pleasure for me to serve. They were lovingly taken care of. A memory I will carry and pass on. Thanks to everyone who made it possible for me.

From the outside in, Westminster House is top notch. A very quiet location tucked away in the Ocean Park area of South Surrey, with large trees and and a park like setting. Inside has been updated, warm and inviting for the people who live and work there. We moved my dad over from another facility this year and we were very happy we did. He couldnt be in a better place, being supported by great staff who truly care about the people they look after. If they dont have something my dad needs or wants, they go the extra mile to try and make it happen. To top it off, the rates are very reasonable compared to most homes....showing they arent just in it for the money!

Dad has been here for about 4 months. So far so good, he is well taken care of and tells me he is happy. He really likes all the staff and he even likes the food (he has always been a fussy eater). Kudos to the management team, they are doing a great job.

Beautiful setting in White Rock. Building and grounds are a perfect setting. Its quite and peaceful there. The staff are awesome and I find very caring. It seems Management definitely knows how to run a place as residents and staff seem very content. Id say its a perfect place for my loved ones.

Great choice! Both parents are here. Affordable considering other private pay provider fees, I moved them from another place and here they get more help, pay less, and are much happier. The management here is terrific, they will go above and beyond to keep you happy. Very happy I found this place.

This seemed like a lovely facility. I toured this facility after the death of my aunts mother . The staff were extremely cheerful ,friendly and engaged. They took great care of my aunts mother . The facility was bright ,cheery and clean with beautiful grounds.

I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Mom has lived at Westminster House for 5 years and is so happy, I cannot believe how well she is doing. I moved her from another home nearby because it was disappointing. Top notch management and great staff here. It is not like an institution like some other homes, and they dont gouge you on the fees like the chain care homes. The atmosphere is amazing every time I visit. Management here obviously care about the home and it shows. When i visit I often talk to other family members and they are all super happy and several of them also moved their parent here from other local homes and wish they knew about Westminster House sooner. They dont advertise much so most people dont even know they exist. It is by far the most affordable home in South Surrey, White Rock and is without a doubt the best bang for you buck. Food is great, lots of activities, and it is super clean and friendly. Thank you Westminster House for everything you do!!

We love this place. Even Better my mother loves living here. Like most older folks that are going to a retirement facility, she was very skeptical and not so inclined to want to go at first. Now she really appreciates how kind, patient and caring all the staff at Westminster is. Lots of activities if she wants to participate but respectful if she declines. It works out for so many happy residents there. Very clean. Attentive nurses and staff.

I dont know where to begin with my praise for Westminster House. From the moment Dexter the Dog (And Gordon - the Manager) led us on a tour of the facilities I knew we had found the place for our Mom. The love and affection from the staff in Complex Care was astounding. Dolly, Manpreet, Lani and all the others immediately felt like family and we knew right away our mother was loved and among friends. Sadly, mom was there for less than a month before leaving us, but what an incredible last month she had.
