I called Olive Grove assisted Living to get some information. Sandi came in on a Sunday to give me a tour. Sandi thank you for coming in on your day off to tour me and my family. After visiting two places, me and my family choose Olive Grove. It turns out my dad needs a skilled nursing facility at the request of my dad primary care doctor. Thank you to all the staff at Olive Grove.

This facility has just been sold, and the new owners are eliminating all services and activities that were originally part of the rent. Therefore, the price, as of August 1, will increase substantially, and many of the previous amenities will no longer be available.

Olive grove has been through so many changes, but definitely for the better. When Jeannete Ellison came on board she has done some amazing things for the community. I am excited to see all the amazing changes and will continue to refer here.

Everyone who works there seems to care so much for the residents! The building has been remodeled a couple years ago as well. Overall I think it is a great facility!

My brother lived in three different Assisted Living facilities during the past four years--Olive Grove was the last, and by far the best. He needed a high level of assistance, and the care and compassion shown by the staff at Olive Grove were a great comfort to me and the rest of his family. He was treated with far more respect and empathy at Olive Grove than he was at the other places. Jeanette and Betty were particularly helpful in making sure his needs were met and his values respected. The individual caregivers treated him like he was family. I will be forever grateful to them. While the physical facilities aren't the fanciest, the level of care was head and shoulders better than the others. I highly recommend Olive Grove as a loving home for people in need of assistance.

The Olive Grove Retirement/Assisted Living home is just a wonderful place for individuals. The wonderful staff can be assured to happily assist in any way needed as they are all very kind & caring. There are various entertainment options, laundry & food service. Some health issues can be addressed & managed by the professional staff members. There is also a Memory Unit on site separate from the other apartments. Location of the facility is nice as there are multiple stores & eating places very near. Overall, the Olive Grove is a very caring, comfortable home.

I was in need of placement for a family member and while this process isnt easy and extremely emotional, I was instantly comforted by the support from the staff of Olive Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care. I was connect with Jennette in the first steps of the process and she was equally warm with her words and empathetic to what me and my family were going through. She is so knowledgeable in the assisted living space and walked me through all the processes-details for placement as well as expanded on additional resources. This experience was beyond helpful and I would endlessly recommend Olive Grove Assisted Living and Memory Care as an option for placement.

This is one of the most pleasant facilities Ive visited. The staff really knows all of their residents by name and the environment is very catering to all the residents. Its great to see there is a store for residents to purchase small personal items, activities and even a very nice dining area to feel the freedoms that anyone else would experience. Currently the staff is going the extra mile to make sure everyone and everything is sanitized in the building.

Ive been working with residents from Olive Grove for nearly two years. The residents love their community and the staff are so loving and attentive. Management goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. The atmosphere is lively and home-like. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Olive Grove leadership, clinical team and staff in the placement of residents and in patient care. They are like one big family. Leadership has an open door to all residents hearing their needs and concerns, and helping them to solve any issues they may have...lost wallet, dead phone battery, transportation to an appointment ect,, I would say that if you are looking for a safe place for your loved one you should look here.

I met with Olive Groves management team including Julia who is the new Executive Director and Im INCREDIBLY impressed with how theyve turned this place around. The new management company has done an exceptional job with the continued renovations while promising a higher level of comfort, and quality care for their residents than ever before. I have a loved one in the memory care facility at Olive Grove and I'm very happy with this facility. The care givers are excellent. They treat the residents with respect and dignity. They are warmhearted and humorous as well as compassionate and understanding towards these people with Alzheimer's/dementia. I find the staff to be attentive and aware, handling things that arise. The food is good quality. Although I'd prefer healthier snacks. They are renovating each apartment. The completed apts are very pretty and bright. I was told by friends who have all dealt with placing a loved one into care, to not look so much at the facility itself, but to look to the people who work there. Any place can look modern and fancy. However, modern and fancy isn't what and who is taking care of your loved one. Olive Grove is evolving and improving aesthetically. And the care given to the residents is top notch in my book! It's worth a look see on your search for the best place for your family member.

I have enjoyed living here going on 2 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. when there are any problems the department heads in all departments are good at taking care of it. They also listen to the residents of Olive Grove and accomodating. They do very well at serving foods that are cooked healthy and not greasy. They don't even own a deep fat fryer. The rooms are nice size and they offer free wifi to all the residents. They also have outing to Walmart, fry's, Goodwill and other places too. I also can say that this place has to much fun because I not use to it.
