My husband and I had a tour with Crystal. We are in the process of researching places for my Dad. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the place. All our questions were answered and we truly think this is a great home for Dad.

We had an excellent experience in every regard. The facility is beautiful, clean, well designed for seniors with and without disabilities. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Specia shout out to Sherri Simpson who went above and beyond for our difficult situation. If you are considering LivGenerations, no need to hesitate. It is very, very nice.

My mother recently moved here. She's high maintenance at the best of times, but because she doesn't handle change well she's gone off the deep end several times. The staff has consistently been extremely kind, patient, and upbeat with her. So far someone has stopped by on a daily basis to ensure that she's making it to meals (or offering to deliver to her). Every staff member we pass by introduces themself to her and offers their help. Sheri can manage mom's ... issues... with a finesse I find remarkable. (I told her I want lessons.) Pam has captured her heart and earned her trust - not an easy feat. Ben kindly called her bank for her today after she misplaced one of her bills. Dawn in the Tuk managed to get a smile out of her. I have no idea how they find such a consistently great crew! Many of the residents are also very kind - offering directions, introducing themselves and offering cheery hellos as we pass by. I'm really expecting mom to be happy here once she gets settled in.

This is an amazing place. When I first visited I thought I had walked into a high end resort like the Phoenician or Hyatt. My mom is 98 and the staff is always taking her to activities like jewelry making, & crafts. The staff is amazing. They check in on her just to say hello. She no longer needs to travel for medicare physical therapy, they have a gym and also do in room sessions, they set it all up for her. The food is amazing according to my mom. This place feature a large movie theater room, English style tea room, heated pool & spa, wine room, library, puzzle table, pool table and so much more. I love that they provide independent & assisted living plus memory care. The resident are very friendly. Amazing Place!❤️❤️❤️

My parents have been residents for the almost 2 years. I have spent a lot time on the facility and enjoyed many meals. The staff is caring and thoughtful and extremely responsive. The residents seem to get along and seem like family. Im so fortunate that my parents are there and I have peace of mind!

I would like to thank the Livgenerations of Ahwatukee for their help and diligence in keeping the residents safe during this COVID pandemic. They have followed the CDC and the AZ Health Dept. My husband has Parkinsons and it would NOT be good for him to contact the virus. We have lived here for 3 years and I want to give them a big THANK YOU!

I have lived here from the first day of operation. I can honestly say its the most beautiful facility of its kind . Management & food quality over the almost three years I have been here have declined. We are currently confined to our apartments due to the COVID19 outbreak. The dining room is closed & food is delivered to our apartments. The menu is limited &, in my opinion, unhealthy. The questions I have take too long for reply or not answered at all. I am fortunate to have a loving family all living close by. They supplement my food requirements which are supposed to be provided in our monthly rent. LIV up to what you advertise or lower our monthly commitments. No house cleaning during lockdown, no entertainment, no nothing, not even a reduction in our rent. Check it out before you sign on the dotted line.

I go visit a couple that lives here and they absolutely love it. They moved in when the place first opened and so theyve seen it grow and mature into what it is today. The apartment is spacious, there are two bedrooms in this particular model with a Full kitchen. The back patio is very convenient for those with dogs because theyre able to get out directly from the apartment. Staff is amazing and attentive. And the food looks delicious.

They want to make this the most enjoyable place for their residents to spend retirement! I am nowhere near retirement age however, after doing a tour and seeing the facility, I would love to come here with my wife to enjoy the friendship and amenities they offer!Stop by and enjoy the Tuk Urban Cafe!!
