Exceptionally kind staff. My parents have lived there over a year and they feel like family. They are very caring, organized and efficient. My step dad recently passed and my mom does not want to move because of the compassionate care of the staff and the friends she has made.

The Powell House is a great place for the community. They make sure to deliver quality care to their residents and have a great staff who are trained in their jobs and do them incredibly well. I know some 9f the staff and they all care about their jobs. Overall as a health care facility the employees are well trained and good at what they do. The management is also great because they care about 5he residents and take excellent care of their employees . So that is why Im giving Powell House a four star rating, it would be three for any other reason but the people doing their jobs make it a better place.

The things I like about Powell Place are:they treat you with kindness, respect and like a friend.You have complete security and are safe.You have independence as long as you need and when you need more help, they step up!

Great facility. Unfortunately, my mom wasn't here a full month before she passed away. But it's very clean, and the staff are great. I'd live here.

My mother was a resident at Powell Place. While she was there our family was pleased with the care she received from all of the staff. They are genuinely honest and caring people who seem to enjoy their work and they do it well.
