Our mother is very happy at the Bungalows at Springdale, and we are very pleased with them. She is very happy there and it was definitely the right choice. It is a first-rate community and facility, and a good value. They really care about the residents and do their best to provide a nice living environment.

I've worked in multiple assisted living facilities as an independent hair stylist. I've never seen one with happier residents. Seniors sure will let people know when they don't care for something, and I've not heard ONE COMPLAINT about anything from the residents here. They all tell me how good the staff is to them and that thry are quite happy... The food is amazing, I'd say 90% of food is homemade by a great cook, with large portion sizes. Really well balanced diet t with lots of veggies and homestyle dishes as well. The The accommodations and especially the cuisine are nicer than one of the most expensive facilities in NWA that I worked with for 2 years previously! I would give this facility 10 stars! Given a choice for a love one, I would hands down choose The Bungalows. Good pricing, EXCELLENT STAFF, and a newly remodeled building make it really a value in its class. Just superior care!

My grandmother moved in a few months back. Obviously we were all worried about her transition, but it didn’t take us (her family)and my grandma long to feel right at home here. The staff is wonderful! Always greeting visitors with a smile and a hello! My grandma is very well taken care of and talks about all of the “events” she’s enjoying. I can’t thank the staff of the Bungalows at Springdale enough for taking care of our matriarch.

The staff is incredibly nice to work with! They exercised compassionate care with my mom after her move there during Covid restrictions. That meant that I could help her unpack with an appointment and after completing Covid check in procedures. This was not only necessary due to her physical limitations at 92, but also for her mental state with a move to unfamiliar surroundings and subsequent isolation due to Covid. It truly is an assisted independent living facility. The staff actually cares for their residents and wants them to be happy and involved.Morningside also helped me understand and implement my moms long care health insurance. This was something another home in a different city she lived at never even brought up. It will be a tremendous financial savings to my mom and without Mike (CEO) and Sabrina (head nurse) at Morningside educating us and helping us complete the paperwork, Im not sure my mom would have ever used the insurance.

As a non-resident of Morningside of Springdale an objective review is somewhat daunting without being there everyday. But I do feel that I can speak for what my parents have told me over the course of the two years that they have called Morningside home. I do think they feel at home in their new surrounding. My Father pleasantly surprised by the amount of room that they had in their apartment. He has enjoyed his new patio as much as the one he sat at for 40 years. I think he was surprised by the flexibility that he has had in tending the patio garden and has told me on several occasions how accommodating to his interests the staff has been. Mother has conveyed how secure she feels and how easy the transition from their home had been. So much a simpler and easier life she has said. They both have enjoyed and participated in the faith based devotions and are grateful that this aspect of their life has been attended to.And then of course we have dealt with Covid for so many months.Myself and my siblings have thought the precautions that have been taken have been appropriate for the threat that it poses. Certainly I wish that personal visits and interactions outside was not limited. However the strategies that Morningside has implemented have been successful in keeping everyone healthy.It has been a huge step that my parents undertook into giving up mobility and independent living in a large home. I think they will both say it has been a very good move. And all of our family has felt blessed that this decision was made pre-covid. Mom remarked how difficult it would have been on us all if they had not moved before the pandemic.I did say from the start that it would be hard to recommend or evaluate a facility that I did not live in. But Mom said and they both seem content in the lives that they lead. I think that it has to be different. But independence and motivation to lead satisfying lives has been something that they both will tell you they have been granted and encouraged to do at a Morningside.

Great facility and the staff is really nice and they tried to work with my mom, however, she needs more of a memory care unit. My mom only stayed there for about 21-22 days but she gained weight as they have great meals 3 times a day and snacks which was an answer to prayer! I am thankful for everyone who cared for my mom there. She is in memory care community now and its the best fit! God continues to heal her and I continue to expect full healing!

Visited the facility. I was very impressed. It is very clean. Well decorated and has a real family atmosphere. The staff that I met are very professional and have a real love and respect for their residents. I cant put into words the warm caring feeling that I got when I entered the facility.
