My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers and I was without a clue of what to do. A freind told me about Natalie and A Place at Home. It was the best advice anybody could have given me. She has a fantastic group of caregivers, a great staff and Natalie herself is a wonderful person to work with. I totally trust these ladies to take care of my mom!! I called Natalie just before the holidays to arrange care for my dad, 12 hours a day, to start within 48 hours. She put together a wonderful team of kind, caring individuals. We needed help for a more brief period than first thought and Natalie was understanding about that as well. I would definitely call her again if the need arises.

I was referred to A Place at Home through the senior living community my aunt resided in. After a quick call with Natalie Watts, I knew they were the people for me. Over the past 3 years they have been my lifeline with my aunt. The caregivers have gone above and beyond in their care for her. I couldnt have asked for one thing more from them as they always thought of what to do long before I could ask. And even with caring for her in such a manner they always found the time to ask about me as if I was also one of their patients. I sadly had to call upon their services after a family member was not doing well. From the first call, by the way on a Friday night, Natalie and her team came in full force to find an option that provided excellent care at the time we most needed it. I dont know what we have done without them. I work in healthcare but didnt know where to start with an adult patient. They have been there every step of the way and the experience has been painless and they helped us by recommending solutions we didnt even know were possible. I would recommend that anyone with a need contact Natalie and her team. They are awesome. Amazing. Kind. Caring. All the positive words you can think of. In the midst of a pandemic, you would never know it because they make you feel so at peace and full of hope with the services they provide. This year, life changed very quickly for my Dad and our family. After living in Florida for the last 30 years, a medical event changed everything for my Dad. Within a matter of days he moved back to Little Rock and into our home. At that time he was still recovering and we could not leave him home alone. It was a blessing to have met Natalie, who came to our home with a nurse to evaluate my dad and our home. Leaving him at home with someone I didnt know was scary for me. But I couldnt have been happier or more relieved with the two different care givers that came and stayed with my dad.Natalie was knowledgeable and passionate about providing the highest level of care for my Dad. I am ever grateful I met Natalie and that A Place at Home played an important step in my Dads recovery and journey to his new life and home here.

I made one of the best choices of my life when I choseA Place at Home to provide care for my husband and respite for me, his primary caregiver. I have used and interviewed other agencies; this one is by far the best. Natalie Watts, the owner, has gone out of her way, coming to my house many times to help me navigate the complexities of applying for grants and making a claim for my husbands long term care insurance. I am never alone with problems; she and her well-trained, good-humored staff are there with answers and strategies. The staff is professional and compassionate, including a registered nurse and a scheduler with infinite patience. The caregivers are extremely well trained; the nurse came to our home to train each one who would be helping us. My husband enjoys their sense of humor and fun and the respect, interest, and independence they give him. The caregivers reflect the ethics of the agency--honesty, punctuality, trustworthiness. A Place at Home feels like family. In short, we could not be more amazed and satisfied.
