I’ve been aware of Avenir Memory Care for about a year now, knowing some people who work there personally, I am aware that they can’t keep staff including managers. They recently got rid of the sales manager JoEllyn Cooper and it was the worst decision they ever made. She made the community so welcoming and took care of the residents when she didn’t have to and the family members when no one else would. Was that in her job description? No. They have a new sales manager now and I’ve met her on different occasions and she’s awful. Super fake and demeaning to the other managers. She will push her ways on families to “get the sale”. She clearly only cares about herself and her opinions.

The team members here are absolutely fantastic. I have seen first hand the level of care and compassion provided to the residents. When families arrive here for the first time their are so many thoughts of uncertainty. I highly recommend talking with Lindsey Spears or Jeff, the Director they will be open and honest with you about the level of care Avenier provides.

Absolutely the most amazing place! The facility is wonderful, and the staff is fantastic! Highly recommend this facility for anyone who has a loved one with dementia or Alzheimers. They cater to their patients needs first, and take care of their disease like it should be taken care of. They group the patients according to their needs, and not grouped all together. The patients are all in communities - neighborhoods according to their needs. They are allowed to bring their own furniture to make them feel at home, and the staff do not dress in scrubs so it does not feel clinical. Best place in Little Rock to send your loved ones who need care for Alzheimers - Dementia.

June, Donna and Rene and Staff - Jeff and I can never thank you enough for the wonderful care Dad received while at Clarity. We knew he was at the best place for him and our minds were at ease that he was safe and well cared for. We were able to make more wonderful memories with him. I will never forget Thanksgiving dinner and dancing with my father for the very first time. Thank you.
