The first time I spoke with Travis I could tell he was compassionate, thoughtful, friendly and definitely cared more about the seniors and families that his "industry" served than anything else. All of the staff I met at The Bungalows at Fayetteville while I was searching for the right community for my parents were great... very warm and welcoming. Travis was so patient answering all of my many questions!! My parents were not only faced with the decision to move into a senior community, but to decide it they were going to stay in Fayetteville, without family support or move to CA or TX where their children and grandchildren live. Ultimately they decided to move to Texas, but if they had stayed in Fayetteville, I believe they would have been happy at the Bungalows and I know they would have been well cared for. Thank you for all your help!

I would like to say what a great experience I had meeting Paula Moore and her team at Morningside of Fayetteville! She promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns and took me on an informative guided tour. I would feel a real comfort for my aging parents to reside at Morningside of Fayetteville because of the great customer service I received and with such compassion shown for this stage in life.

We are so fortunate to have my mother staying at Morningside of Fayetteville. There is no better place in NWA. The staff are all so helpful and the place is quite cheerful. Morningside has to be the best assisted living place in the area. It is clean, warm, and welcoming. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that your loved one is safe and cared for during a pandemic is simply indescribable. I am truly grateful to the staff for their care and efforts, and I hope they are proud of all that they do on a daily basis for their residents.

My mother in law arrived at Morningside of Fayetteville in early January of 2020. We were on our way to her room as we cut through the dining area, we noticed there was a birthday party, one of the balloons read 102, they were celebrating one of the residents birthday!! They were having cake, fun and laughter. There were many things that impressed me about Morningside the most important being the friendly and efficient staff and workers. Paula Moore answered all of our questions and also shared an important piece of information that I did not know about, she said it would take my mother in law around 3 months to acclimate and adjust to assisted living. We found that very helpful as her moods were up and down until she adjusted. Things were going well until Covid came along, we could go and see her through her window and talk to her on her cell phone, but we couldnt see her face to face. Even though she couldnt go to the resident meals etc. Morningside invented ways to be creative, they had art projects, she played bingo in a chair right outside her room where they were socially distanced. Another important activity was the chair exercises outside their rooms, so they would have some interaction with each other, but they would be safe. My mother in law passed on July 24th, we will miss her, but we know she was loved and cared for at Morningside during a pandemic. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the angels at Morningside!!!

Morningside of Fayetteville has been a great place for my parents especially during this pandemic. Safety protocols are in place, meals have been served in their apartment, and regular Covid tests have been administered. They are checked on regularly during the day and night. I feel they are much safer than when they were at home. Im very grateful to the staff at Morningside at Fayetteville.

I moved my mother to Morningside from another assisted living facility in another city so she could be closer to me. She settled into Morningside very quickly and is so happy here. She loves the activities, the caregivers and the facility. Her health has definitely improved since moving here. I love the way the staff interacts with the residents and their families. I love the special activities they provide to get the families involved. Moving her to Morningside was the best thing we could have done for her. Cant say enough good things for Morningside of Fayetteville . They get 5 stars from our family.

I recently had to find a place for my mother to live.I looked at several facilities. I chose Morningside because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Paula made me feel welcome and comfortable that my mom would be safe and well cared for. Donna helped me work through the financial difficulties that often accompany a move like this. The entire staff seems completely dedicated and have been very helpful. The facility is well kept and seems more like you are staying in a nice condo. Thank you Morningside staff for allowing me to sleep better knowing my mother safe and comfortable.

Morningside is an amazing place. My dad feels at home here, and the care is incredible. Paula and Donna are wonderful leaders, and the staff is experienced and personable. I have spent time visiting Morningside, and I can attest that the residences experience great care and love from the staff. It is hard to send your parent to live outside of your care, but Morningside has made the transition easy. They are always willing to explain things and, or answer questions. I am so grateful for Morningside.

My mother has been at Morningside of Fayetteville for well over three years and we are both quite happy with both the facility and staff. One of the most important considerations in choosing an assisted living facility is consistency of the front line staff... the people who Mother interacts with on a daily basis. Cant say enough nice things about Morningside of Fayetteville! Everyone is caring and professional . Mom feels safe and well cared for, which is a big relief for me as I cared for her over five years ! When the time came for the difficult and stressful decision to increase her care Donna guided me and made me feel relieved that they could care for her needs. Im so thankful for all the staff and the nursing staff is awesome! Food is great thanks to Israel the chef! Renee is awesome with fun activities and transport to fun field trips! Noel is kind and will transport you anywhere as needed with a smile! Angie the head nurse is kind and caring! The staff is patient and caring to all the residents treating them with respect and meeting their needs. Thank you everyone for caring for Mom much appreciated! If you have a loved one that needs a higher level of care , relax and take a tour with Paula or Donna they will help you and welcome your loved one to their new home!

Morningside of Fayetteville is a wonderful place for your loved one. My mom has been there for 9 months and the staff and the facility are amazing. Paula and Donna offer ongoing assistance, and they make Morningside a true home for all the residents. Renee always has the place decorated to the nines for every holiday. Noel provides care and kindness when transporting my mom to medical appointments. Israel runs a great culinary show every day. The medical staff have been extremely attentive to my moms needs and communicate with me promptly when needed. Compassion, caring, professionalism, high standards, problem solving, good communication, great humor, a celebratory atmosphere, ongoing activities, beautiful rooms, peaceful surroundings--the list goes on and on regarding all the wonderful things Morningside provides. My brothers and I are thankful everyday that our mom now lives at Morningside. Thank you Morningside of Fayetteville!

Ive always loved going to Morningside to visit with my grandparents. The employees there are incredible and are well trained. My family and I have never had an issue regarding staff, food, or the cleanliness of their facility. My grandparents have had a great experience living here and my grandfather has even met new friends that he visits with often. Im so grateful for Morningside because it has given my family and I a peace of mind knowing the two people we care most about are being well taken care of.

Excellent- This has got to be the best Assisted Level 2 in NWArkansas. Paula Moore and her team strife to create a home atmosphere for their residence. My mother and father have been at Morningside for approx one year. they have been treated with high respect. When we have a special occasion, they make sure it is certainly special. My parents celebrated their 66 Wedding Anniversary this past weekend. They lived in their home for 50 years and are transplants to NWArkansas. Paula tries to pair residents for the dining hall that have the same interest and same concerns. All nurses are nothing but respective. I am thankful for Morningside. It has made their transition less difficult. Deer are in the fields, the walking path around the facility is perfect. Food is great, thanks to Israel , their Chef. I appreciate the entire team. I would recommend everyone to come see Morningside. Take a tour. You will certainly find peace for yourselves and your loved ones that will be residence.
