This have been a good experience for my aunt. This is the first time she lived alone but she feel so safe and always talking about the friendliness of the staff and those that lives there. We're glad we chose this place.

Town Village is conveniently located and offers many Life Enrichment activities for its residents. I thoroughly enjoy that I have my own apartment with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. I am afforded the opportunity to mingle and engage with the community or I can decline activity and stay in my apartment. I also feel safe, as Town Village provides their residents with a "Life Alert" necklace. The front desk is immediately alerted should I fall and/or need assistance anywhere on the campus of Town Village.

I have worked in the Life Enrichment department for nearly a year and I can positively say that Town Village is like no where else. My coworkers have a genuine passion for serving the people who live here and the residents are some of the most grateful people you’ll ever meet. It’s a great place to work.

The Mother's Day brunch was well organized and so much fun. The decorations set the mood.As was the Memorial Day/20 year anniversary celebration. The staff was great and it looked like everyone had a good time.

I have experienced tremendous health benefits in the past seven months since coming to live at Town Village. Both chair exercise and aquatic exercise classes are taught by certified instructors. This, along with healthy choices provided by the dining hall have contributed to the improvements in my health. They provide many opportunities for fun and socialization. There is also a scenic walking trail along the property, which is a beautiful, change of pace activity.

When I first walked in I was surprised how beautiful everything looked ~ clean, receptionist very cordial, helpful ~ the marketing manager was awesome! Friendly, informative, and very patient with us; in our tour (my daughter and I), we experienced a wonderful atmosphere, clean beautiful rooms, friendly and happy residents, staff in every area the same.... Christine explained everything we asked about and then some, lol ~ I liked her immediately, she made me feel like I belonged there! I was able to view (and select) a floor plan to my liking (daughter approved also) ; Im looking forward to moving in right away!!! P.S. Christine has made the transition for me very easy; shes so accommodating with personality plus ‼

We had a great experience with our loved one at Town Village. The staff was so caring and helpful. We enjoyed our meals there when we would come by and share time with her. There were planned activities and small groups of people playing games. The pandemic made it difficult for everyone, but the staff did a great job of caring for the residents during this time.

Town Village is the place to be!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have often visited the facility for various of the extravagant events they have hosted, and not to mention the enjoyable food selections that were offered. This is the place to be once you retire and want to kick back and enjoy life. We continuously spread the word to our church seniors about Town Village.

My mother Marie Brasell has lived at Town Village for almost six years. It was her idea to move to Town Village having had lunch there and knowing members of her Sunday School class lived there. She loves town Village, and so does her family! We are grateful for all they do for their residents and for the care they take with the community spaces and activities. Town Village has an amazing staff with a great manager. Mother has made some wonderful friends and enjoys the meals in the dining hall. We give Town Village five stars!!!!

One of the things about Town Village that I appreciate is the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff and employees. The housekeepers are courteous, maintenance is quick to respond to emergencies and requests and the waiters are pleasant and try to please the residents. The open door policy of Steve and the staff to all us is very much appreciated and helpful.

My mother recently moved into a spacious two-bedroom apartment at Town Village. Upon arrival, the family found her unit to be freshly painted, new flooring installed, and extremely clean! Every encounter with staff from the dining hall, front desk, maintenance personnel, and housekeeping was positive. She has really enjoyed going to the beauty shop! We had loads of concerns with her moving in during the COVID virus, but thanks to everyone, she is settling in to her new life.

I've been doing placements with Town Village for years! They have a stellar community with so many amenities for active seniors who choose Independent living. Their marketing staff, Christine and Deserae, do a great job, and Steve their Administrator, does an outstanding job as well. If you are looking for a great Independent living Community for a family member definitely check them out! They're conveniently located off Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia. My grandmother is well taken care of and enjoys her time here. Much better than when she was living on her own and alone. She lives to play cards and hang out with the other residents. It's a nice clean place for the family to come visit.
