Harbor Chase is excellent for memory care and my mother is very happy living at the facility. The staff cares about the residents and takes good care of them.

Recently, as I was on a shift this past week with a nice gentleman at this facility, I was kind of shocked to see some staff near a kitchen area or in common area not masked up in addition to seeing residents dining together and being engaged in group activities unlike many other facilities especially during the pandemic now. Despite being spoken to well and professionally by all staff, I figure would be good if precaution was taken where each resident would eat a meal in his or her room, group activities to be put on hold and all of the facility get covid tested regularly even if asymptomatic for best safety and comfort for all. Wishing for the best while wanted to leave feedback. Thanks!

The memory care staff is attentive and caring to all the residents. I appreciate all they do to keep residents safe and active, especially during this very challenging time.

My mother loves this facility. The nurses and staff members are so very kind and caring. The food is great and the activities are fun, interesting and educational. She has had several personal health issues during her 15 month residency. Each and every time the nurses were quick to get her the help and care she needed. The residents are friendly and pleasant. As I said, my mother has thoroughly enjoys this facility and calls it home.

My family LOVES HarborChase! My mother has been a resident for 6 years, begining with a recovevry stay from a fall. She says it's the BEST decision she has ever made! She loves the personnel, the people give compassionate care, the comfort of having her own apartment, the dining room serves wonderful meals, and there is a wide variety of activities to keep her busy. Not only has HarborChase given her the opportunity to remain self-suffcient, but it has also given her more confidence in living alone. She's always been an independent woman and her spirit has soared since living there. I believe she has also given HarborChase new life as well. One can tell they adore her, too. She brings a smile to everyone's face whenever she walks into a room! TY, HC
