The new site manager Rosetta takes tenant issues serious and is very polite and courteous. She has helped me out with all my problems very professionally.

Where to start. The units are breath taking, ethereal if anything. The hallways are beyond spacious and well lit, as if you’re being embraced by the warm hug of a loving grandmother. The amenities are to die for (but please don’t actually literally go and die for them). The parking makes me feel like I’m at the Ritz Carlton, I mean have you seen that underground parking? *chefs kiss*

Such a nice place to live. Managment is really helful, always there to help. Buliding is so neat and clean. And the manager( amber) here is perfect she is avaible any time.

Me and my wife Rajdeep Kaur Bal is currently living in 245 building and we were so mad before from amber and the services of the management but recently we got new manager rosetta and we were looking to end our lease because of the management which was before but now we are getting good service because of the new manager she is really nice and polite and always answers the call in need, so we decided to transfer in another apartment in the same building and she is helping very well in that.

This is place , will really gives you the HARMONY, so peaceful, clean. Everything is so close...and bus stops are just some seconds away (77 route). I must address A big thank you to Anne for being for very kind, and for always answering the questions (no matter what, she always responds very politically and quickly) and she'll sort you in the right direction when you need her assistance regarding your concerns, i am not just saying beacuse i m reviewing it, but i am saying through an experience (not only one time, several times) . Thank you Anne It's true !!!you are a very lovely person ! And thank you to Harold for reaching me out, helping !
