This is a well organized home with excellent staff to be available when you need them. The chef is super and meals assorted and tasty. Nursing staff is on task and their are many activities to keep you busy and meeting others. Its a happy place I'm enjoying it.

I have lived here now for a little over three years. Love the staff, I get to joke with them . They are friendly and when a resident sometimes are not to polite. I wait then give them a hug. They handle those times professionally. And some of the residents are not to nice. But most often I like the residents here. I have never had a problem with any staff members. It bothers me when a resident is rude to staff. These ladies are my world. My family has moved. So don’t get to see them much. They are my family now. They work hard and deserve respect. Have always been pleasant to me. Shhh 🤫 don’t tell . They got me a small cake for my birthday. It made my day. I would miss them all if had to move from here. Wish all people would realize that they are people to. And to realize that they love us as if they were our family. Don’t nobody say anything bad about them to me. I just might say something . Well I would listen and talk to them and try to see both sides. We have some of the very nice residents here. We are not all grumpy, Really we are not. Good to hear people laugh. And I like that I can joke with them. I like when I do the elbow greeting. But now can hug each other should we want to. It was hard when we were on lockdown. The girls worked hard in that time. Applause to the lady’s. Oh and yes we have gentleman working here also. Love the gentle giant Chris. Always encourage’s me And will kneel to talk to us. Live that. So do the other lady’s. His so tall, his head touches the ceiling. Just kidding it does not. But he is tall and nice. Come on man out there. We could use more male caregivers in facilities like this. And of course lovely lady’s. People who love us as family and are friendly. Try to look for something positive each day. It will help make your day better. Even with what is going on in this world. I am a resident since September 2015, and I have only very high praise for the staff. You can be as independent as you like to be but they are there if you needed them. The atmosphere is very pleasant and it is easy to make friends, I love it Thanks,

Life Enrichment Coordinator since April 1, 2019. Love the residents and the staff. Caregivers are giving their all to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. Food is not gourmet, but nutritious and mostly delicious. Activities are varied and fun, keeping residents busy and engaged physically and mentally. Environment could be brighter, but Im working on that.Take a tour and get on the waiting list.

I love love love this place. My mom is here. The girls are all very very kind, loving, helpful, compassionate etc.. Mom loves everyone here. She's been here since July 2015. It's nice. Pretty flowers. Decorated everywhere for each holiday. Happy and I'm at peace knowing mom is so well taken care of.

I have been conducting a BIBLE Study there for almost 5 years. I was impressed by the facilities and the staff then and still impressed. Ad pastor I visit a lot of members in various Assisted Living and Nursing Homes. Arbor Ridge is the highest rating.

This facility is more than just another facility for old people. This is a beautiful home full of extremely caring and professional family members, taking care of our most precious family members.

My Mom & Dad moved in here almost 11 years ago. Mom passed away 6 months after they moved in, but Dad is still here. Even though he misses Mom, Dad is very happy with Arbor Ridge. They take such good care of him, and I can tell they really do love him. My brother & I never have to worry about Dad because we know he is in good hands. They manage his meds, put on & take off his support stockings, even do his laundry if he wants. They always do it with loving care & smiles, too. The residents get regular visits from local Ombudsmen to make sure things are going smoothly. The management staff is always available to the residents' family; and I do so appreciate them. Dad appreciates them, too. He tells the caregivers that he just doesn't know what he'd do without them.

Caring
Arbor Ridge is in a very nice location and quiet neighborhood. The 2-level apartments are very clean. They have a community area where you can go cook if you want. It's a place where I'd like to go and live myself. During my visit, I wanted to talk to somebody there. But the only ones that I got to talk to where the residents, because the staff wouldn't even come out of the office. The residents love it there and wouldn't live any place else.
