The caregivers at Towers Nursing Home in Smithville TX are the absolute BEST! My friend, Barry was in the memory care ward and the staff and nurses were outstanding! Christina, Elaine, Rhannon, Beverly, Laura, Yasmin and everyone else on that ward were the kindest, most caring, professional individuals I have ever met. If I could give them a 100 star review I would. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for what they did for Barry and I witnessed their exemplary care every time I was there. Thank you for making his last days on this planet as comfortable as possible. No one ever wants to be in an Alzheimer's ward but this group of angels made his last days as peaceful as could be. Thank you and bless you all for the difficult work you do.

After having knee replacement and ending uo with a very serious infection in my knee and being on a picline for 42 days ended up at The Towers for rehab. I have to say the nurses (Hall 1), therapy staff as well as the facility staff were all very accommodating and helpful during my 5 week stay. It is, if needed a great place to be if you have to go anywhere.

I have a friend in the Towers. There's no phone in the room. Good luck on getting a nurse if you need one. Food is cold and overcooked. She is low in potassium, and gets no food which contains potassium. No compassion. No doctor has been to her room. Last review was written in 2015. All were good. Maybe someone should look into this!!

My wife is in Towers Nursing Home, and I visit her there. She is doing great. She is friends with the staff. Apparently, they are taking good clinical care of her, better than I can here at home. She has a roommate. She has a bedroom. She has to have help to get into a wheelchair and be wheeled around. It is not fancy, but she has a television set and some decorations. Basically, she is happy right now. It is a much expensive facility, but the staff is all-good. She is always very clean. It is a good as I can find in here. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

Mom is at Towers Nursing Home for four or five years now. We go once or twice a year to see her. Predominantly the staff and the nurses are really good. Anything comes up, they call me and we discuss it. We tried the food there and it wasnt too bad. The sanitation is really good. I make it to a point when I go there, I never show up at the same time to see what is really like. They have a van service for the residents. She is happy with the staff there. Overall, it's all pretty good.

My best friend's mother was in Towers for years until she passed. We visited her a lot. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive to the residents.
